reconnect to their honest hell yes, and envision a life that feels deeply true, alive, and aligned with who they are.
This is a seven-day immersive retreat for women navigating transition, reinvention, burnout, exhaustion, the heaviness of the world, or the quiet realization that something inside them is asking for their attention.
This retreat is a carefully curated permission slip to restore your energy, reconnect to yourself, gain clarity about what comes next, and return home ready to live it now.
This Is Your Permission Slip
Something in your life, your body, your gut, your intuition is talking to you — and you know (because you’ve ignored it before and that didn’t go so well) that it’s time to listen.
Then comes rest and spaciousness — floating in the Aegean Sea, swimming in quiet coves, sharing long meals, laughing, breathing. This part is intentionally designed for integration. It’s also really beautiful and fun.
From this place of internal freedom, rest, delight, and wonder, we begin to envision and listen to our truth-talking selves. From this place of clarity, we begin to see how to live our wild and precious, hell yes life.
Space to step away, receive support, be cared for, and reconnect to yourself in a way that is deeply honest, actually helpful, and genuinely fun.
Over seven days in Paros, Greece, we guide women through exactly this process. Through sea swims, delicious food, beauty, rest, play, laughter, and delight, the nervous system begins to soften. Through somatic-aware practices, creativity, honest conversation, and both individual and group support, women begin releasing what is getting in their own damn way. We move from exhaustion, overwhelm, and stuckness toward clarity, freedom, energy, and possibility.
Why We Believe This So Deeply
Because we’ve been through it ourselves, my friends.
This retreat is built from the best of what has genuinely helped us through seasons of transition, reinvention, exhaustion, grief, creativity, leadership, healing, and becoming more fully ourselves — combined with many years of professional training and guiding thousands of people through one-to-one support, leadership, creativity, organizational building, and meaningful change.
This is not our first rodeo.
Although we have many professional qualifications and experiences that allow us to do this well, our real why is simple:
How do we know how to do this?
This is our wild and rebellious act:
We are offering the best of what we love most and what has helped us come alive.
These are very challenging times. More than ever, we believe we need to use what we have to support one another.
We know how to do this, and we want to use the skills, wisdom, creativity, beauty, and places we love most to help women reconnect to themselves, their clarity, their vision, and what feels truly alive.
to believe in love, truth, creativity, possibility, and the heroic journey of being fully alive and doing things with our whole hearts.
This is what is true for us, so this is what we are creating.

Rest. Release. Reimagine.
This retreat is intentionally designed with spaciousness, support, beauty, and choice.
All activities are invitations. You are always welcome to rest, take a run, take space, or keep working with more support. Do what feels right for you. We celebrate that you are the one who truly knows what you need.
When You Arrive
You will arrive on the beautiful island of Paros, where we will help you settle into your home for the week. Paros is safe, gentle, beautiful, and easy to navigate — all reasons we chose to create this retreat here.
We will orient you to the town and introduce you to our beautiful home base at the Aegean Center.
Day One
Our first day together is simple and gentle.
We meet at the Aegean Center for tea, connection, and a welcoming gathering, followed by a delicious dinner together by the sea, sunset, and deep sleep.
The goal of this first day is not productivity.
It is exhale.
Arrival.
Safety.
Rest.
Day Two - Rest, Restore, Reconnect
The first full day of the retreat begins slowly:
coffee, hot pastries or Greek yogurt and fruit, quiet walks through town, sunlight on the sea.
We gather in the morning for connection, intention-setting, creative practice, and gentle, somatic-aware work designed to help the nervous system soften and settle.
The afternoon is intentionally spacious.
You might nap, explore the town, continue your creative work, get a massage, wander to the sea, read, journal, or simply do nothing at all.
Later in the day, we gather again to swim in a hidden cove in the Aegean Sea, take a sunset walk, laugh, and connect.
Although these first days may seem simple, they are deeply intentional.
The nervous system needs safety, beauty, delight, and enough space to finally breathe deeply again.
Days Three & Four —Release What No Longer Serves
Once we are rested and grounded, we begin the next part of the process.
Through creativity, somatic-aware practices, honest conversation, individual support, and group work, we identify where we are stuck, move through it, and let go of what no longer serves us.
This work brings clarity, honesty, release, and internal freedom.
We balance this work with nourishment and gentleness woven throughout the day: beautiful meals, naps, wandering, sea swims, massages, sunsets, wine, chocolate, and laughter.
Day Five —
Integration & Delight
After meaningful inner work, the nervous system needs a full day of integration.
This is wisdom, not luxury — although it is also pretty fabulous.
We spend the day together on a private boat in the Aegean Sea: swimming in quiet coves, floating in turquoise water, eating beautiful food, resting in the sun, laughing, breathing, and letting everything settle more deeply into the body.
Yes, this day is beautiful.
It is also an intentional and important part of the process.
Days Six & Seven —
Vision, Clarity & The Hell Yes
Once we have rested, released, and reconnected to ourselves, something naturally opens.
From this place, we begin hearing what feels deeply true.
Our hell yes becomes clearer.
Our vision becomes more specific and doable.
Our next chapter begins to feel possible.
Through creative process, reflection, conversation, and support, we name what this looks like for each of us.
We get to be witnessed, celebrated, supported, and cheered on while doing the same for the other brave women beside us.
And although the retreat ends here, this is actually a beginning.
The real work is returning home and living what we know to be true for us.
Gradually the magic of the island settled over us as gently and clingingly as pollen."
- Gerald Durrell

Okay, But Who Are These Women?
This retreat is guided by two women who bring different — yet fundamentally aligned and complementary — forms of care, creativity, leadership, and support.
We are also soul friends who have walked with each other through many of the biggest transitions of our lives. We know how the other person shows up in hard, beautiful, scary, and joyful seasons of change. We trust each other deeply, and honestly, we both feel so lucky to get to do this together.
Mehera Kleiner
Mehera brings laughter, truth-telling, creativity, beauty, and the ability to hold joy and sorrow at the same time. She weaves the creative and somatically informed transformational arc of the retreat.
As a coach, artist, retreat leader, storyteller, and founder of Your Knowing Self, her work focuses on helping women reconnect to themselves through honest self-reflection, creativity, somatic awareness, nervous-system support, and meaningful life transition work.
She has spent years guiding women through grief, reinvention, burnout, leadership, healing, creativity, and discovering what feels genuinely true.
Molly Irani
Molly brings warmth, beauty, grounded leadership, delight, and a profound understanding of what it means to help people truly thrive.
She is the exact person you would want beside you if your world was falling apart — or if you wanted to sit on a couch, drinking tea and laughing until you cried.
As the author of Service Ready and co-founder of the beloved Chai Pani Restaurant Group, Molly has helped lead extraordinary transformation — not only within individuals, but across teams, organizations, leadership cultures, hospitality, and an entire industry.
Where Mehera’s work has largely focused on guiding deep one-to-one transformation, Molly’s work has focused on guiding large groups of people toward more humanity, creativity, care, connection, courage, and meaningful change.
She has a rare gift for helping people feel deeply welcomed, genuinely at ease, fully human, and encouraged to become more fully themselves.
We created the retreat we would want to offer the people we love most in the world.
Beautiful.
Meaningful.
Restorative.
Intelligently designed.
Deeply human.
Transformative.
And genuinely fun.
And yes, we know what many people are really wondering: “Are these women weird?”
The answer is yes — but in a way we personally enjoy very much.
One of our greatest accomplishments in life is that we genuinely like who we are. We try to create things that we admire, love, respect, and believe in deeply.

A Final Note
If something inside you is reading this and quietly saying, “Yes. This.”
Trust that.
You do not need to have everything figured out before coming.
You do not need to arrive perfectly rested, perfectly healed, or perfectly clear.
You simply need the willingness to pause, listen honestly, and allow yourself to be supported.
We created this retreat because we believe women deserve spaces that are beautiful, intelligent, restorative, emotionally honest, and genuinely alive.
And we would be honored to share this experience with you.
