I love doing this work.
I get to share what has helped me most in my life and what continues to help me every day.

It is so exciting to me that we have a choice to lead a life filled with joy from the inside out instead of a life filled with internal suffering.

That choice doesn’t depend on having had a perfect childhood or a life where nothing bad has happened. What I love about the past is that it’s over. We survived it. And now we get to compost that shit so we can grow.

This work is brave, heroic, and liberating. On the other side is more and more of who we already are… amazing, awesome, and just pure love.
